Very new and clean looking with plenty of parking. It was actually a little on the empty side which I found surprising. Lots of stores as well as a pretty good selection of standard mall food type places. There are specific kid sized bathrooms which was great for our 3 & 5 year olds. They also have refrigerated storage lockers for your groceries for free which was awesome. I've never seen that before.

The parking lot is also large. The Ariake Coastal Road is near the congestion of the city and easy to use. Shopping can be calm as a whole.
